APPROVAL OF THE EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT AT VENICE HIGH SCHOOL BETWEEN THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND THE CITY OF VENICE
Description
This easement will provide an easement for the force main and sanitary sewer lift station for operation and maintenance at Venice High School. This easement has been approved by the School Board attorney.
Recommendation
That the School Board grant an Exclusive Easement to the City of Venice, as presented, and that the previously granted Non-Exclusive Easement over the same property be revoked.
